As always， Dan Brown over-delivered in thrill， biting page turners and quick story line turnovers。 His general description of his female protagonists， and the inherent sexist lens he paints them with is why I was forced to knock off a star。 Other than that， great read; be prepared not to put it down。

Book Club pick！This was a quick， entertaining read。 It was a little dated but with the speed technology changes it was to be expected。

Definitely not in the league of Da Vinci Code or Angels & Demons， and at best you can call this book a page turner。 When the former two engulfs the reader into it’s world， this book hardly does that magic。 Overall a one time read with nothing special。

Inizialmente la storia non mi ha presa molto ma poi quando ho iniziato ad entrare nei personaggi ho iniziato a divorarmi il libro。 Sono rimasta sveglia fino a tardi solo per leggere la parte finale。 Piena di colpi di scena e di riflessioni importanti。 Come sempre Dan Brown aggiunge curiosità tratte dalla storia e non solo。 Ovviamente mi mangio sempre tutti i libri di Dan Brown quindi assolutamente 5 stelle！

Dan Brown’s book are action-packed。 It’s like a riding a rollercoaster， where everything is fast and nerve-wracking。 However， after reading all his books， everything gets predictable。 He uses the same formula in writing his stories。 The plot twist is not a twist at all because If you read his books， you know there’s always one and you will always know the twist beforehand。 All in all， I did enjoy this one。 Although， I don’t think I’m gonna remember this in the long run。

I wish I read it in the early 2000s。。。 maybe it would have left a bigger impact on me。 Now in 2020s when it's common knowledge that even the grocery store you visit collects data on you， this books revelations on how government spies on individuals seems outdated and irrelevant。I really did not like the main protagonist。 She blindly follows what the NSA does without ever questioning it， makes her kind of boring。 It would have been a lot more interesting to hear the story through a more complex c I wish I read it in the early 2000s。。。 maybe it would have left a bigger impact on me。 Now in 2020s when it's common knowledge that even the grocery store you visit collects data on you， this books revelations on how government spies on individuals seems outdated and irrelevant。I really did not like the main protagonist。 She blindly follows what the NSA does without ever questioning it， makes her kind of boring。 It would have been a lot more interesting to hear the story through a more complex character。。 someone questioning the morality of what they do at the job。I enjoyed the short chapters。 Makes the whole book feel more chaotic and fast paced。 And although I saw some twists coming from miles away， there was a curveball towards the end about the digital fortress that I was not expecting at all。 The ending however was a drag！ Especially when you know how its all going to end。 。。。more
